WA MARITIME MUSEUM "SHOULD BE SO LUCKY"
We sent out photographer behind the scenes to shed a light on Australia's darling of pop music.
The "Kylie on Stage" exhibition newly illuminated by ERCO digital technology showcases the extravagant costumes and magical moments from superstar Kylie Minogue's 25 year international concert career.
ERCO LED lighting technology installed in a black box gallery highlights the tones and textures of the some of the most iconic international designers including Dolce & Gabbana, John Galliano, Julien Macdonald, Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier, as well as local designers such as Peter Morrissey and Mark Burnett.
ERCO's use of high CRI LED allow the colours, textures, embroideries, beading and feathers of the costumes are crisply and three-dimensionally highlighted via accented lighting with Pollux spotlights. This method of lighting lends a sense of drama to the presentation of the work and Kylie's career.
